SmartWay Builders is a Celebration-based General Contractor combining construction, remodeling, design and real estate expertise, built on a straightforward belief: construction and real estate should not operate separately.
Our Story
A family, a town, and a way of looking at property.
Fabio and Ana Carolina Moraes moved their family to the United States in 2018. Since then they've built experience across real estate, construction, remodeling, property flips and interior design — often on the same property, at the same time.
That combination taught them something that shaped the company: a renovation decision is never only a construction decision. It involves cost, functionality, design, the property's purpose and its potential to create value. Treating those as separate conversations is how money gets spent on the wrong things.
SmartWay Builders was founded to keep them in one conversation.

Fabio Moraes
Business Development & Client Relations
Fabio brings a background in business, management, business development, client relationships, real estate and construction in the United States. He's usually the first person a client talks to — and the one making sure the conversation about scope, budget and purpose stays honest from beginning to end.
Ana Carolina Moraes
Licensed General Contractor
Ana Carolina is a Licensed General Contractor in Florida and leads the technical and construction side of the company. Permits, planning, execution and quality control run through her — which is why the construction answer and the design answer arrive together.
Based in Celebration, Florida. Built for Central Florida.
We live here. We build here.
Celebration is home. It's where our family settled, where we know the housing stock, the neighborhoods and the way properties are bought and sold. From there we work throughout Orlando and the surrounding Central Florida communities.
We work with both American and Brazilian clients, and we take the same approach with everyone: professional execution without losing the close, personal relationship that a small company can actually deliver.
